This development consists of 14 units. These units will be a mix of property types, including semidetached and terraced homes. Each unit will have ample off-street parking and garden areas. We have a great understanding of the property prices in this area, as we have already built and sold 17 units in the same area and additionally, 8 units in the same street and currently building another 4 at present. This experience has allowed us to refine our construction management process, resulting in improved cost management and reduced waste during the build process. Our first development in Drummore Avenue consisted of 4 x 4 Bedroom, semi-detached homes. These homes were built on a plot of land and were sold off-plan prior to completion. Following the success of this project, we acquired another area of land on the opposite end of Drummore Avenue for the second phase of our development. This phase, completed in 2016, also saw all properties sold off-plan before completion. In 2018, we completed the development of an area of land in Earlston Crescent. This project consisted of 8 x 4 Bedroom Semi-detached homes. With our experience and track record in the area, we are confident in the above figures.
