Christ The Servant Church

The development site is located on the site of the former Christ The Servant Church, between Digmoor Road and Moor Drive, approximately 1.5 miles south east of Skelmersdale town centre, and 5 miles west of Wigan town centre.

The site itself sits within a predominantly residential area and is in close proximity to local amenities such as public open spaces, schools, Birleywood Health Centre and various shops.

Planning will be sought to demolish the existing building and make way for 12 bungalows plus a separate staff unit. The design also includes private gardens plus parking for multiple vehicles.
